COOKED FRAGRANT MUSSELS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Wok Cooked Fragrant Mussels. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. If you are like me the
sound of eating mussels really made me feel sick till a friend
of mine made this recipe for me with mussels. The flavour
was absolutely fantastic and he presented it so nice that
it looked really exceptional and since then I make this recipe
myself especially for an important occasion and my family
and friends really enjoy it.
Wok Cooked
Fragrant Mussels Ingredients
olive oil
5 spring onions
juice of 3 limes
1 Tbs sesame oil
2 fresh red chilies
3 Tbs finely sliced ginger
2 cloves of garlic finely sliced
2 handfuls of fresh coriander finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
41/2 lb best live Mussels
1 x 400ml tin of coconut milk
3 sticks of Lemon grass, outer leaves removed, finely sliced
Wok Cooked
Fragrant Mussels Method
Place a couple of lugs of olive
oil in a large very hot wok and put your mussels in it. Shake
them around and add the rest of the ingredients, apart from
the lime juice and coconut milk. Keep turning over until all
the mussels have opened. Then you squeeze in your lime juice
and add your coconut milk. Bring the Wok Cooked Fragrant Mussels
to the boil and serve immediately.
