LAMB CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe

Lamb Casserole Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour
salt and freshly grounded pepper
2 lb lamb blade chops
2 chopped onions
2 carrots cut into sticks
2 tomatoes quartered
1 stalk celery chopped
2 1/2 cups stock
2 Tbs oil

Lamb Casserole Method
The very
first thing to do is season the flour with salt and pepper
and then toss the chops in the seasoned flour. It is less
messy if you do this in a plastic bag. Then you heat the oil
in a large pan and gently fry the meat until browned. After
the meat is browned add the vegetables to the meat and fry
for 6 minutes. Pour in the stock and bring it to the boil,
cover and simmer over a low heat for about 2 hours.
