VENISON
GOULASH RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Venison Goulash. It is a quick

and you will always be able to cook up a delicious meal on
coals.
Venison
Goulash Ingredients
2 Tbs Oil
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs paprika
1/2 cup water
3 medium onions very thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb venison shanks cut into cubes
1 medium green bell pepper thinly sliced

Goulash Method
The first
thing to do is put the oil into the dutch oven and heat it
then put the venison in it and brown it making sure to stir
it often. Add the onions and sprinkle with paprika and salt
while stirring, saute over heat until onions are soft and
then add the green pepper and water, cover the dutch oven
and sit it on the coals, do not put coals on the top. Cook
the Venison Goulash 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the venison is
fork tender. Serve the Venison Goulash with broad noodles.
