E-Z VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE

E-Z Vegetable
Soup Ingredients
6 cups water
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tomato sauce
1 onion chopped
3 carrots chopped
1 cup pasta spirals
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 Tbs bragg liquid aminos
1cup fresh corn off the cob
Anything else thats leftover in the fridge

Soup Method
In large soup pot saute garlic,
onion, carrots and celery with olive oil and seasonings. Add
corn, cabbage, tomato sauce, tomatoes and water. Simmer for
1 hour and then add pasta and leftovers and simmer the E-Z
Vegetable Soup until tender about 15 minutes. Serve with hot
buttered toast or bread rolls.

TOMATO SOUP RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Fresh Tomato Soup. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
This Fresh Tomato Soup has been passed down all our generations
as it is one of all our families favourite soup and who could
go pass a big plate of hot Fresh Tomato Soup.
Fresh Tomato Soup Ingredients
2 cloves garlic crushed
4 cups vegetable stock
salt and pepper to taste
400g can chickpeas drained
8 spring onions trimmed and sliced
4 large tomatoes peeled and diced
2 Tbs fresh rosemary chopped finely
extra sprigs of fresh rosemary to garnish
Fresh Tomato
Soup Method
Heat a large saucepan then
add 2 tablespoons water, spring onions and garlic and saute
until softened. Add tomatoes and rosemary to onion and garlic.
Stir fry 5 minutes over medium heat then add stock, chickpeas
and seasoning to tomato and onion mixture and bring to the
boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve the Fresh
Tomato Soup garnished with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
