MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE
This recipe

Marinated Vegetable salad is a wonderful way of doing a salad
that will go with any meal. The flavour of zucchini, carrots,
onion tomato, celery and lettuce with a marinated sauce makes
the taste sensational.
Marinated
Vegetable Salad Ingredients
leaf lettuce
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp snipped basil
1 cup wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt optional
1/2 cup sliced celery
24 cherry tomatoes halved
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
2 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 red onion sliced and separated into rings
Marinated
Vegetable Salad Method
For the salad combine the zucchini,
carrots, red onion, cherry tomatoes and celery in large bowl.
For the dressing beat the vinegar, sugar and olive oil in
medium bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Then mix
in the celery seed, basil, pepper, and salt and pour over
the vegetables. Stir gently cover and refrigerate for several
hours or overnight stirring occasionally. When ready to serve
the Marinated Vegetable Salad drain the vegetables and reserve
the marinade. Line a salad bowl with the leaf lettuce and
spoon vegetables onto the lettuce.

MEATBALLS RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Meatless Meatballs. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
Meatless Meatballs is an excellent vegetarian recipe. This
recipe has a great sauce with it and served with the meatballs
over pasta is really good.
Meatless Meatballs Ingredients
5 eggs
mixed spice
4 cloves garlic
2 green onions
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups cracker crumbs
1 cup walnuts finely chopped
Sauce:
16 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
6 cloves garlic
1 yellow onion
6 leaves fresh basil
1 Tbs virgin olive oil
1 spring fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh oregano
2 cups vegetable broth
Meatless
Meatballs Method
Mix all ingredients in a large
bowl. Make meatballs to your favorite size. Bake in 400 degree
oven for 15 minutes and add to your cooked sauce. Simmer the
Meatless Meatballs 10 minutes. Serve with Pasta.
SAUCE: Saute onions, garlic and bell pepper in virgin
olive oil. Cut tomatoes finely. Do not peel. Add to sauteed
onions and continue sauteing with added spices of your choice.
Simmer in an uncovered pot until it thickens to your liking.
You can use potato flour to thicken.
