Veal And Asparagus Casserole
is a wonderful tasting casserole recipe. The mixture of veal,
onion, mushroom, asparagus soup, basil and salt and pepper
are the ingredients that goes into giving this casserole a
really sensational taste. It is really easy to make so give

Asparagus Casserole Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
pinch of dried basil
1 large onion chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 lb stewing veal cubed
salt and freshly ground pepper
10 1/2 oz can condenced asparagus soup
Veal And
Asparagus Casserole Method
Melt the butter in a pan and
gently fry the onion for 2 minutes then add the veal and fry
for 3 minutes. Transfer the onion and veal to a casserole
and add the mushrooms. Mix the soup with 1 soup can water
and stir in the basil and plenty of salt and pepper. Pour
the soup mixture over veal. Cover and cook in a preheated
moderate oven for 1 1/4 hours until the meat is tender.
