TUNA
AND BROWN RICE CASSEROLE RECIPE

and Brown Rice Casserole
is a very nourishing meal to have. I really like tuna and
brown rice so this casserole gives me the two things I like
all in one go. Then topped with cheese makes it even better.
My daughters are like me and they really enjoy eating this
casserole to. When I have them over for a mother and daughters
day this is what we have for lunch with warm crunchy dinner
rolls.
Tuna and
Brown Rice Casserole Ingredients
2 eggs
beaten
6 oz jack cheese
6.25 can tuna drained
1 cup fresh green peas
6 Tbs green onions chopped
2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup powdered non fat milk
Tuna and
Brown Rice Casserole Method
Cook brown rice in a covered
pot until tender and liquid is absorbed. Beat eggs with the
powder milk then mix all the ingredients except cheese in
a large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 14 inch casserole and sprinkle
the cheese on top. Bake the Tuna and Brown Rice Casserole
in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
