STEAK RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Swiss Steak. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. This
is a wonderful way to cook Swiss steak as it comes out so
tenter and the taste is delicious. About 2 hrs before my Swiss
Steak is cooked I put some potatoes in on top and let them
cook in the crockpot to.

Steak Ingredients
4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 inch thick
6 lbs round steak
2 cans tomatoes undrained
4 medium onions sliced 1/8 inch thick

Steak Method
Trim excess fat from
meat and cut into serving size pieces. Place raw meat in bottom
of crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion
slices over meat and top with tomatoes. Cover and cook the
Swiss Steak on low setting for 9 to 11 hours or high setting
4 to 5 hours.

TOMATO
SAUCE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Tomato Sauce. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. There
is nothing better than cooking your own Tomato Sauce. The
flavours of the tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato paste, olive
oil, onion, bay leaves, garlic, basil, seasoned salt and carrots
really makes the Tomato Sauce taste sensational.
Tomato Sauce Ingredients
4
bay leaves
1 Tbs dry basil
2 tsp seasoned salt
1
can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic sliced
2 cans tomato puree
1 large carrot shredded
1 medium onion chopped
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup extra virginia olive oil

Sauce Method
Heat oil in crockpot then add
onion, carrot and garlic then saute on high until transparent.
Add tomatoes, basil and seasoned salt then add 1 can of water
or dry red wine from the 18 ounce can that had the paste in
it. Cook the Tomato Sauce on low all day.
