STUFFED
PASTA SHELLS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Stuffed Pasta Shells. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This is the most fantastic pasta
dish that anyone can make. The flavours of the pasta filled
with spinach, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese and then covered
in the sauce and topped with parmesan cheese is so full of
taste that I'm sure your whole family will enjoy and I usually
add a big green salad with it.

Pasta Shells Ingredients
500g spinach
250g ricotta cheese
500gcottage cheese
32 large pasta shells
250ml vegetable stock
600ml tomato pasta sauce
1 Tbs finely grated parmesan cheese

Pasta Shells Method
In a large saucepan of boiling
water cook the pasta uncovered for 3 minutes then drain and
cool slightly. Preheat the oven to moderate. Steam the spinach
until just wilted then drain and chop the spinach finely and
squeeze out the excess liquid. Combine the spinach in a large
bowl with the ricotta and cottage cheeses then spoon the mixture
into the pasta shells. In an 8 cup oiled ovenproof dish combine
the sauce and stock. Place the pasta shells in the bowl with
the sauce and sprinkle with thw parmesan cheese. Bake the
Stuffed Pasta Shells covered in the oven for about an hour
or until pasta is tender.
