Stuffed Shells Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbs parsley
spaghetti sauce
24 oz ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 package jumbo pasta shells
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Stuffed Shells Method

Cook the shells according to package directions. In a bowl mix together the cheeses, egg and parsley. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover the shells with spaghetti sauce. Bake the Stuffed Shells for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve in spaghetti bowls accompanied with garlic bread.

Triple Cheese Macaroni Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup whole milk
8 oz elbow macaroni
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup heavy cream
pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 Tbs ranch seasoning
5oz parmesan cheese grated
5 oz monterey jack cheese grated
10oz sharp cheddar cheese grated

Triple Cheese Macaroni Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the macaroni according to package directions then drain and set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs. Add the milk, half and half, cream, parsley, sugar, cayenne, salt and ranch seasoning and mix until well blended. Add the macaroni, cheddar, monterey jack and parmesan cheeses and mix until fully mixed. Pour into a large baking dish. Cover the dish with plastic wrap then cover with aluminum foil and bake the Triple Cheese Macaroni for 30 to 35 minutes.
