STRAWBERRY
CUP RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Strawberry Cup. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. You can not have a christmas without
having a good drink for it and this Strawberry Cup is an excellent
one to make. The combination of strawberries, castor sugar
orange juice lemon juice, rose wine, soda water and then have
strawberries, orange and lemon slices floating in the Strawberry
Cup. Just leave the wine out of it if you want it for children
to, or be like me and make a special one up for the children
and the people who do not drink wine.

Cup Ingredients
juice of
2 lemons
2 cups orange juice
1/3 cup castor sugar
4 cups chilled rose wine
1.25 litre bottle chilled soda water
2 punnets strawberries hulled and sliced
whole strawberries and orange and lemon slices

Cup Method
Combine
the strawberries with castor sugar, orange and lemon juice
then cover and chill overnight. When ready to use pour the
strawberry mixture into a punch bowl and stir in wine and
soda water. Decorate the Strawberry Cup with strawberries
and slices of orange and lemons.

PINEAPPLE
CUP RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Pineapple Cup. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This
Pineapple Cup has a magnificent taste to it with pineapple
and the coconut milk in it and then mixed with the other ingredients
is just such a superb drink. My family really enjoy the Pineapple
Cup and I make up a special one for the children on their
drink table at christmas.
Pineapple Cup Ingredients
1 1/2 cups light
rum
1/3 cup castor sugar
1 cup canned coconut milk
4 cups chilled pineapple juice
500ml bottle chilled soda water
2 cups finely chopped fresh pineapple
thin slices of pineapple and mint sprigs

Cup Method
Combine pineapple, sugar and rum in a bowl and then cover
and chill overnight. When ready to use stir in coconut milk,
pineapple juice and soda water. Decorate the Pineapple Cup
with thin slices pineapple and sprigs of mint.
