SQUASH
CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Squash Casserole. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This
Squash Casserole is a great casserole full of flavour. The
taste of squash, onions, carrot, mushroom soup, green pepper
and sour cream is just exquisite. Some of my children really
hated squash so I decided to cook them in a casserole and
I didn't tell them I just served it up to them and they have
never complained about the squash in this recipe as they really
love the Squash Casserole. I believe its because it has the
other ingredients in it that makes the flavour really sensational.

Casserole Ingredients
1
carrot grated
1 onion chopped
1 stick margarine
1 cup sour cream
2 lb yellow squash
1 can mushroom soup
1 green pepper chopped
1 packet cornbread stuffing mix

Casserole Method
Steam squash and onion then
drain and mash. Add carrots, pepper, soup and sour cream.
Mix stuffing with melted butter and divide in half and add
half to mixture and put other half on top. Bake the Squash
Casserole at 350 for 35 minutes. If top becomes to brown foil
can be placed on top for remaining cooking time.
