SPINACH CASSEROLE RECIPE

1/2 stick margarine
2 packets frozen chopped spinach

Casserole Method
Cook the spinach according to
package directions and drain off the water. Melt the cream
cheese and margarine over low heat. Mix the spinach, cream
cheese and margarine together and place into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and a little extra with
the breadcrumbs. Bake the Spinach Casserole for 10 to 15 minutes
at 350 degrees.

Potatoes Ingredients
2 Tbs butter
chopped parsley
dash black pepper
1 cup boiling water
1 beef bouillon cube
2 Tbs all purpose flour
1 medium onion chopped
6 medium potatoes peeled
1/2 red pepper thinly sliced
1 medium green pepper thinly sliced
Stewed
Potatoes Method
Saute the onion and green pepper
in the butter until tender and then stir in the flour and
the black pepper. Dissolve the bouillon cube in the boiling
water and stir into mixture. Cut the potatoes in wedges and
put in the bouillon mixture and bring to a boil and cover
and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle the Stewed Potatoes
with parsley and red pepper.
