SPINACH
CUPS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Spinach Cups. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. These cups are a wonderful thing to make
when you are going to have a barbecue or a party. The flavour
of the bread, spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and
the rest of the ingredients is what goes into making these
taste sensational. My family really love having some of these
before a meal. If you do not want to use bread you can use
pastry but I just think there easier to make with the bread.
Spinach
Cups Ingredients
2 eggs
2 oz butter
pinch paprika
1/4 pint water
1 oz margarine
salt and pepper
5 oz frozen spinach
4 oz cottage cheese
8 slices white bread
1 Tbs powdered milk
3 Tbs parmesan cheese
2 tomatoes cut into quarters

Cups Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
With each slice of bread remove the crusts then butter each
slice and place buttered side down in 8 patty tins. In the
margarine cook the spinach then drain and place in the cup
cases spreading it up the sides to make a nest. Whisk the
eggs and all other ingredients except the tomatoes together
then pour into the cases. Bake in the centre of moderate oven
for 20 minutes. Place the Spinach Cups on a serving plate
and garnish with the tomato quarters.
