RICE RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Spanish Rice. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
I really like cooking my rice in the crockpot as it comes
out so good. The flavours of the beef, onion, green pepper,
tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, celery and the rest of the ingredients
makes this Spanish Rice taste sensational.

Rice Ingredients
2 cups raw rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 onion chopped
2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
3 stalks celery chopped
1 green pepper chopped
16 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
28 oz can stewed tomatoes

Rice Method
Brown beef in skillet
and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crockpot and stir
thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or on high
3 hours. Serve with cheese on top of the Spanish Rice.

BURRITOS RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Special Burritos. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. These
are great tasting Special Burritos with the flavour of chuck
roast, onion, tomato sauce and chopped peppers then wrapped
in the flour tortillas with refried beans, sour cream and
cheese. My family really enjoy a meal at my place when I am
making the Special Burritos.
Special Burritos Ingredients
2
lb chuck roast
1 cup chopped onion
2 x 4 oz can tomato sauce
10 oz can chopped peppers

Burritos Method
Night before begin cooking
2 pound chuck roast in crockpot all night on low then in the
morning remove the bones and put back in the crockpot with
chopped peppers, onion and tomato sauce and cook on low heat
for the rest of the day. Add mixture to flour tortillas then
also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat.
Wrap the Special Burritos in foil and bake 350 degrees for
10 minutes.
