RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe

Rice and Broccoli Casserole is a meal on it's own. The broccoli,
celery, onions, rice, mushroom soup, chestnuts and cheese
makes the taste of this casserole exceptional.
Rice
and Broccoli Casserole Ingredients
1/2 cup
butter
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup cubed cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 x 10oz packets frozen chopped broccoli thawed, uncooked
Rice and
Broccoli Casserole Method
Melt butter in saucepan and
then saute onion and celery in butter. Mix in a big bowl the
cooked rice, onions, celery, broccoli, soup, water chestnuts
and cheese. Mix all together and put in a 9 x 13 inch casserole
dish. Cover with foil and bake the Rice and Broccoli Casserole
for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

burger and so easy to make, the flavours of the oats and vegetables
mixed with the herbs make the taste sensational.
Rolled
Oat Burgers Ingredients
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
4 cups rolled oats
4 cups distilled water
1 Tbs Italian seasoning
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup bragg liquid aminos

Oat Burgers Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring water to a boil then remove from heat and add oats and
bragg's and let stand for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients
and mix well. Form mixture into patties and place on a nonstick
baking sheet. Bake the Rolled Oat Burgers for approximately
20 minutes on each side.
