QUICHE RECIPE
This recipe

recipe to make. This
Quiche recipe is so easy to make and its a very healthy vegetable
one.This vegetarian recipe is also an excellent cold dish.
I really like my Quiche served with a great big tossed salad
but my children also likes some chips with there Quiche and
salad.
Quiche
Ingredients
5 eggs
2 tomatoes
4 oz cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 cloves garlic
1 yellow onion
1 medium carrot
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 zucchini squash
Quiche
Method
Dice onion, garlic and mushrooms,
grate zucchini, carrots and cheese. Mix all ingredients and
place into a slightly buttered 6 x 9 inch casserole. Beat
egg and milk adding 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder and 1/2
teaspoon marjoram powder. Pour over casserole and bake in
a pan of water at 375 degrees in a preheated oven. When done
an inserted knife will come out clean. Allow the Quiche to
cool for 15 minutes.

RATATOUILLE
RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Ratatouille. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. Ratatouille
can be used as a main meal or can be used as a side dish.
This vegetarian recipe is a very tasty dish. Ratatouille is
a mixture of vegetables and herbs such as onion, eggplant,
red peppers, zucchini and tomatoes and mixed with the herbs
is absolutely sensational.
Ratatouille
Ingredients
2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
3 Tbs olive oil
1 red onion chopped
2 cups sliced zucchini
2 cloves garlic minced
2 red peppers chopped
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 eggplant cut into 1 inch cubes
Ratatouille
Method
In a large skillet saute the
garlic and onion in olive oil until slightly tender. Add eggplant
and red peppers and saute for a few more minutes. Add remaining
ingredients and cook the Ratatouille over low heat covered
about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Really good
served over jasmin rice.
