POTATOES RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Duchess Potatoes. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This is a really fantastic way of
doing your potatoes if you are having friends over for dinner.
Duchess Potatoes really look special and the taste is absolutely
sensational.

Potatoes Ingredients
1 oz butter
1 Tbs cream
1 beaten egg
1 lb potatoes
salt and pepper

In a large saucepan of salted
water boil the potatoes then rub them through a sieve. Melt
the butter in a saucepan and add the potatoes while warm add
the cream and the beaten egg, reserving a little egg for glazing
then season to taste with salt and pepper and heat thoroughly.
Put the potato mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle
and force rosettes onto a greased baking tray and then glaze
with the reserved egg. Brown the Duchess Potatoes in a hot
450 degree oven.

FRIED ONION RINGS RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make French Fried Onion Rings.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This
is a terrific way of cooking onion. Some of my family would
not eat onion so I decided to make them a bit more special.
The ones in my family who didn't like onion really enjoyed
the French Fried Onion Rings.
French Fried Onion Rings Ingredients
1
egg
3 onions
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
3 Tbs
plain flour

Fried Onion Rings Method
Peel the onions and slice into
1/4 inch thick rings. Beat the egg and add the milk then place
the onion rings in the egg mixture and stir until well coated
then lift out and drain. Sift the flour with the salt and
pepper and use to coat the onion rings a few at a time. Deep
fry the onion rings a few at a time until they are golden
brown then drain on white paper. Sprinkle the French Fried
Onion Rings with salt and serve hot.
