Strawberry Avocado Parfait Ingredients

1 tsp brown sugar
shredded coconut
6 large fresh strawberries
1 Tbs orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup strawberry flavoured yogurt
2 avocados seeded peeled and cubed

Strawberry Avocado Parfait Method

Place strawberries in a bowl and lightly mash with fork. Add avocado cubes and gently mix together. Spoon strawberry and avocado mixture into four crystal long stemmed wine glasses. Combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate and brown sugar in a small bowl. Drizzle yogurt mixture over the Strawberry Avocado Parfait and sprinkle the Strawberry Avocado Parfait with coconut.

Stuffed Baked  Potatoes.

This recipe will teach you how to make Stuffed Baked Potatoes. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. Stuffed Baked Potatoes is a sensational way of doing potatoes. The flavours of the potatoes mixed with other vegetables and cheese makes this vegetarian recipe so tasty. I really enjoy my potatoes done this way and they are so nourishing that my husband and I do not have anything else as they are very filling.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes Ingredients

1 carrot
1/4 red onion
2 cloves garlic
4 oz mushrooms
1 zucchini squash
herbal salt to taste
1/2 bunch fresh broccoli

2 oz sharp cheddar cheese

2 medium russet baking potatoes


Stuffed Baked Potatoes Method

Bake two russet potatoes until you can squeeze the potato and it feels done. Slice the potato in half lengthwise and scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact. Cook broccoli and vegetables in 3 ounces of water until very tender. Chop vegetables very fine and add to potatoes with remaining liquid. Grate 2 ounces of cheese and mix into the potato mixture. Stuff back into the potato skins and bake the Stuffed Baked Potatoes in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
