OVEN ROASTED VEGETABLES RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Oven Roasted Vegetables. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
Oven Roasted Vegetables is a wonderful way of doing vegetables.
The flavour of onions, potatoes, carrots, green and red peppers
mixed with garlic, rosemary and marjoram makes the taste sensational.
Oven
Roasted Vegetables Ingredients
2 Tbs olive
oil
4 large carrots
1 green pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 Tbs melted butter
2
large spanish onions
4 garlic cloves minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tbs dried marjoram
10 small red skin potatoes
1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
Oven Roasted
Vegetables Method
Preheat the oven to 370 degrees.
Mix the melted butter, olive oil, rosemary and marjoram together
and set aside. Peel all of the vegetables. Cut each onion
into eights by slicing it lengthwise into quarters and then
cut each quarter crosswise. Halve the carrots lengthwise and
then cut them into 1 inch sections then quarter the potatoes.
Cut the red and green peppers into large chunks. Arrange the
vegetables in a large oiled baking dish and pour the butter
and herb mixture on the vegetables. Toss the vegetables to
coat with the butter and herb mixture. Cover the baking dish
tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover
and turn the vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Return
the dish to the oven and roast the Oven Roasted Vegetables
at 425 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the carrots
and potatoes are thoroughly cooked and the edges of all vegetables
are browned.

FRIED SQUASH RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Pan Fried Squash. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. Pan
Fried Squash is a very different way of cooking squash. The
taste is sensational. If your children will not eat squash
just do it this way and I am sure they will eat the Pan Fried
Squash.
Pan Fried Squash Ingredients
salt to taste
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 cup corn meal or flour
6 medium yellow squash
Pan Fried
Squash Method
Cut the squash into slices
and salt then dredge with the meal or flour. In a pan heat
the vegetable oil then add the squash and sprinkle with the
sugar and fry slowly until they are brown turning the Pan
Fried Squash several times.
