OMELETTE
WITH VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Omelette With Vegetable Salad.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a fabulous
meal to make. the flavours of garlic chives, toasted sesame
seeds, chinese cabbage, red chilies, red capsicum, green capsicum,
mint lemon grass are just some of the ingredients that go
into making this an absolutely terrific tasting meal.
Omelette
With Vegetable Salad Ingredients
8 eggs
1 Tbs chopped fresh mint
1 red capsicum sliced thinly
2 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
1 green capsicum sliced thinly
2 red chilies seeded,sliced thinly
1 Tbs fresh chopped lemon grass
1/2 cup fresh chopped garlic chives
8 cups finely shredded chinese cabbage
Sweet Chili Dressing:
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup peanut oil
!/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Omelette
With Vegetable Salad Method
In a large jug whisk the eggs,
milk, chives and sesame seeds until well combined. In a large
heated frying pan tip quarter of the egg mixture and cook
over medium heat. until omelette is just set. Remove from
the frying pan and repeat with the remaining egg mixture to
make four omelettes. Roll cooled omelettes tightly then cut
into 3mm slices. Make the sweet chili dressing by putting
the ingredients into a screw top jar and shake well. Place
three quarters of the omelette in a large bowl with the cabbage,
chili, capsicums, mint, lemon grass and dressing then toss
gently to combine. Divide salad among serving plates and top
with remaining omelette. Now sit down and enjoy your Omelette
