is a tinned sanitarian product for the people who do not know
what nutmeat is.

Cheese Balls Ingredients
2 eggs
chopped mint
1 grated onion
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup grated cheese
1 tin nutmeat mashed

Cheese Balls Method
Mix ingredients all together
and then put it in the refrigerator to set. Form into balls
and roll in flour and gravy powder. Fry until golden brown.
The Nutmeat Cheese Balls are great either as an appetiser
or you can even do them with pasta.

PIE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Onion Pie. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. Onion
Pie is a great pie to make the flavour is sensational. The
texture is great and you can eat it cold or hot with a tossed
salad. This pie sounds very plain but believe me it is anything
but plain with the combination of eggs, sage, pepper, cream,
italian dressing, butter, onions, marjoram and cheese and
then cooked in a pie crust makes it taste really delicious.
Onion Pie Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tsp sage
9 inch pie shell
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Italian dressing
2 Tbs butter or margarine
2 large onions thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dried marjoram leaves crushed
Onion Pie
Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pierce the bottom of pie shell with fork and bake 8 minutes
or until lightly brown. Cool the pie shell completely. In
a large pan on medium heat, heat the Italian dressing and
butter add the onions and cook until the onions are tender.
Fill the pie shell with the cheese and pour the onion mixture
in. Meanwhile in a bowl beat the eggs, cream, sage, marjoram
and pepper and pour over the onions. Bake the Onion Pie 35
minutes or until golden brown.
