MOCK FISH RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Mock Fish. It is a quick and easy
recipe to make. This
recipe is like having fish without fish but believe me it
tastes just as good as fish maybe even better. I really like
cooking some stir fried vegetables and having the Mock Fish
with it. All my family really like the Mock fish especially
my grandchildren as they do not like fish but the Mock fish
they really like. Sometimes I will just cook some of the Mock
Fish and the children will just have it with dip or sauce.
Mock
Fish Ingredients
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup water
1 chopped onion
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp garlic crushed
1 packet mushroom soup
Mock Fish
Method
Boil water and add all ingredients
and cook 5 minutes. Put in tray and refridgerate till set.Cut
into squares then dip in egg and breadcrumbs then fry. The
Mock Fish is great served with a side salad.

AND GREEN BEANS RECIPE

It is a quick and easy recipe to make.Mushrooms
and Green Beans is an excellent way of doing a vegetarian
recipe. The flavours are sensational and served over a bowl
of jasmin rice makes it a very nourishing meal.
Mushrooms and Green Beans Ingredients
1 Tbs real butter
1 cup spring water
1 Tbs virgin olive oil
1 yellow onion diced
1 lb cut green beans
1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
Mushrooms
and Green Beans Method
Saute onions and mushrooms
until onions are translucent. Place green beans in covered
pan with water and cook until almost done. Add onions and
mushrooms then add a dash of salt and any of your favourite
herbs. Simmer the Mushrooms and Green Beans together for 5
minutes. Serve over rice.
