MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC CHIVES RECIPE
This recipe

mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, swiss brown mushrooms and oyster

Mushrooms With Garlic Chives Ingredients
1 Tbs olive oil
cooking oil spray
800g flat mushrooms
2 cloves crushed garlic
60mls red wine vinegar
1 red onion sliced thinly
150g oyster mushrooms
100g shiitake mushrooms
2 cups flat leaf parsley leaves
2/3 cup chopped fresh chives
100g swiss brown mushrooms

Mushrooms With Garlic Chives Method
The first thing to do is to
preheat your oven to slow. Cut up the flat mushrooms first
into coarsley large pieces and then combine them with the
other mushrooms. Take 2 large shallow baking dishes and spread
the mushrooms in single layers in them and spray with oil.
Cook uncovered in a slow oven for about 40 minutes until tender.
In a small saucepan heat the vinegar, oil and garlic and stir
for 1 minute then place the vinegar mixture into a large bowl
with the mushrooms, chives, parsley and onion and toss gentley
to combine. Serve warm.
