MACARONI MOULD RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Macaroni Mould. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
This is a great tasting mould to make and the flavours are
sensational. I use tomato juice in mine as I believe it makes
the taste better but some people use milk. But either way
I am sure you will like the Macaroni Mould it is very economical
to make and to have a nice big tossed salad with it just makes
the perfect meal.
Macaroni
Mould Ingredients
1 pinch thyme
2 eggs beaten
1 onion grated
500g macaroni
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 Tbs peanut butter
1 Tbs parsley chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup boiling tomato juice

Mould Method
Cook macaroni till tender in
boiling water and drain. Put crumbs in basin with boiling
tomato juice for 5 minutes. Add macaroni and peanut butter
and mix well.Then add rest of ingredients then steam 1 1/2
hours. Do not turn out of basin until cold or it will fall
into pieces.

MARINATED
BROCCOLI RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Marinated Broccoli. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
Marinated Broccoli is a great way of doing broccoli. The taste
is really exceptional and this recipes just makes broccoli
so different.
Marinated Broccoli Ingredients
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs dill seed
1 tsp garlic salt
2 lb fresh broccoli
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup distilled vinegar
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Marinated
Broccoli Method
Trim off the large leaves of
broccoli and remove the tough ends of the lower stalks. Wash
the broccoli thoroughly. Cut off the flowerets and place in
a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in a jar,
cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour the marinade over
the broccoli and toss gently to coat. Cover and chill the
Marinated Broccoli for at least 8 hours.
