BEEF STEW RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Crockpot Beef Stew. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This stew is great to make in the
cold winter months for your family when they have been at
school or work as it will really warm them up. The flavours
of the meat, potatoes, celery, onions and the rest of the
ingredients makes the Crockpot Beef Stew taste really sensational.

Beef Stew Ingredients
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup flour
1 clove garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 potatoes diced
2 onions chopped
1 stalk celery sliced
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 lbs beef stewing meat cut into 1 inch pieces
Crockpot
Beef Stew Method
Place the beef stewing meat
into the crockpot. Mix flour, salt and pepper then pour it
over the meat. Stir to coat meat with flour. Add the remaining
ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover the Crockpot Beef
Stew and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 4 to 6
hours. Stir the stew thoroughly before serving.

DELIGHT RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Crockpot Delight. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. This
is a fantastic tasting meal with the flavours of the meat,
onion, salt, pepper, garlic and beer. My son in law really
loves this meal especially served with rice as he says it
taste so delicious and nourishing.
Crockpot Delight Ingredients
1 tsp
salt
2 cups beer
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 onion sliced
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic minced
2 lb boneless chuck cut in 1 inch cubes

Delight Method
Coat beef cubes with the 1/2
cup flour then brown in melted butter and drain off excess
fat. In crockpot combine browned meat with onion, salt, pepper,
garlic and beer. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours until
meat is tender. Turn control to high. Dissolve remaining 1/4
cup flour in small amount of water and stir into meat mixture
then cook on high 30 to 40 minutes. Serve Crockpot Delight
with rice.
