CREOLE
STEAK RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Creole Steak. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. What a wonderful special meal the Creole
Steak makes and the taste is really fantastic. I like to set
the table up really special when I have the Creole Steak I
even get out my crystal glasses and have a special bottle
of bubbly with it. I always make sure I have a great but easy
dessert to compliment the Creole Steak. As my husband and
I get older I still like to make a special dinner for the
two of us as I believe it shows him how much I appreciate
him and love him after all these years together and I know
the Creole Steak is one of his favourite meals.
Creole
Steak Ingredients
4 fillet steaks
1 Tbs soy sauce
60g butter diced
2 Tbs tomato paste
4 celery sticks sliced
2 onions finely chopped
400g tomatoes chopped
salt and pepper to taste
125g butter mushrooms finely chopped
Creole
Steak Method
Place the steaks in a casserole
dish. Cook uncovered for 3 to 4 minutes depending on how rare
you like your steaks. Turn over and rearrange halfway through
the cooking time. Place the butter, onions, celery and mushrooms
in a dish cover and cook for 6 minutes stirring after 3 minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients to the Creole Steak. Season
to taste and cover the Creole Steak and cook for 4 minutes.
Arrange the Creole Steak on a serving dish and pour over the
sauce onto the Creole Steak and sprinkle with parsley. Serve
with carrots, beans and potatoes.

FRUIT
FLAMBE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Fruit Flambe. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
This Fruit Flambe is such an easy microwave dessert recipe
to make. It adds a real special touch at the end when you
ignite the combined brandy and grand marnier. I like to watch
the look on my grandchildrens face when the Fruit Flambe is
set alight as they get so excited.
Fruit Flambe Ingredients
60g butter
1 Tbs brandy
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs grand marnier
1/4 cup orange juice
selection of favourite fruit roughly chopped

Flambe Method
Place the butter and sugar
in a large microwave bowl. Cook on high for 45 seconds or
until the sugar has melted. Add the juices and cook on high
for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture boils. Add the fruit of
your choice and gently toss it in the juices then cook on
high for 1 minute. Divide the fruit into 4 individual sweet
dishes. Mix together the brandy and grand marnier in a microwave
jug and cook on high for 30 seconds. Ignite and pour over
fruit and enjoy your Fruit Flambe.
