CREOLE
MEATLOAF RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Creole Meatloaf. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. What a wonderful mixture of meat
this loaf has in it minced steak, minced pork and minced veal
mixed with the onion, green pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs,
egg, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, mixed
herbs, pepper and the pineapple rings all go into making the
Creole Loaf one really sensational loaf. I really like this
loaf as the taste is exceptional and the pineapple just gives
it that extra taste that I like.

Meatloaf Ingredients
1 egg
2 tsp salt
tomato sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
pineapple rings
1 lb minced steak
pinch mixed herbs
1/2 lb minced pork
1/2 lb minced veal
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 dsp parsley chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 dsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup green pepper chopped

Meatloaf Method
Combine all the ingredients
except the tomato sauce and pineapple rings in a bowl and
mix well. Pack into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf tin and bake
in a moderate oven 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Drain away
any liquid which has accumulated in the tin. Turn the loaf
onto a shallow baking tray and pour over it half a cup of
tomato sauce. Return the loaf to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Serve the Creole Meatloaf with well drained pineapple rings
which has been tossed in butter.

MEATLOAF RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Czech Meatloaf. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
This is a fantastic meatloaf you can have with vegetables
or next day with salad. That is one of the things I like about
any meatloaf as it can be used many ways like with roast vegetables
with a salad or you can make sandwiches out of them for work
or school the next day. If you have the Czech Meatloaf on
a sandwich you do not need anything else with it as the taste
is really good on its own.
Czech Meatloaf Ingredients
For The Meat Mixture:
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 small eggs
1 Tbs olive oil
1 lb minced beef
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon rind
2 Tbs onion grated
1 clove garlic crushed
1 bread roll soaked in cold water then squeezed almost dry
For The Filling:
2 eggs
pinch salt
1 Tbs water
1 tsp self raising flour
2 Tbs parsley chopped
For The Covering:
egg white and breadcrumbs
Czech Meatloaf
Method
Combine the ingredients for
the meat mixture in a bowl then press into an oblong shape
on greased paper. Beat the eggs for the filling with the water
and parsley and add salt and self raising flour. Pour into
a greased omelette pan and cook until just set but still soft.
Place this on the meat and roll up. Brush the top with egg
white and roll in breadcrumbs. Place in a baking dish and
bake in a moderate over 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Serve the Czech Meatloaf hot or cold cut into slices.
