RUM ICE CREAM RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Chocolate Rum Ice Cream. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. Chocolate
Rum Ice Cream is a wonderful tasting ice cream recipe. The
great ingredients of coffee, chocolate chips, rum and heavy
cream goes into making the absolutely fabulous taste to this
ice cream.

Rum Ice Cream Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup water
2 oz dark rum
2 Tbs instant coffee
1 1/2 cups heavy cream whipped
1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
6 oz package semisweet chocolate chips
Chocolate
Rum Ice Cream Method
In a small saucepan place sugar,
water and coffee stirring constantly bring it to the boil
and cook for 1 minute. Place chocolate chips in a blender
and with the motor running pour the hot syrup over and blend
until smooth. Beat in the egg yolks and rum and cool slightly.
Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream then pour into individual
serving dishes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and freeze.
To serve the Chocolate Rum Ice Cream remove from freezer at
least 5 minutes before serving.
