CHERRY GATEAU RECIPE
This recipe

Cherry Gateau as my daughters birthday cake and she really
enjoyed it and her friends thought it was one from the bakers.
Chocolate
Cherry Gateau Ingredients
3 eggs
100g butter
1 Tbs cocoa
2 Tbs honey
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup sherry or brandy
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
1 1/4 cup whipped cream
chocolate leaves to decorate
100g glace cherries chopped

Cherry Gateau Method
Place butter, sugar and honey
in a microwave bowl. Cook on high for 1 minute then mix in
the eggs and fold in the flour, cocoa and walnuts. Pour into
a pudding shaped microwave container and cook on high for
4 to 5 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes before turning out. Allow
the cake to cool completely then cut the cake horizontally
into 3 layers then sprinkle each layer with sherry or brandy.
Mix cherries and chocolate chips reserving a few to decorate,
with one third of the cream sandwich cake together with the
cherry chocolate cream. Cover the top and outside of the cake
with remaining whipped cream and decorate with chopped cherries
and chocolate chips. Pipe remaining cream around the base
of the cake and garnish with chocolate leaves. To make the
chocolate leaves for the Chocolate Cherry Gateau brush melted
chocolate on the back of camelia leaves. When set gently peel
leaf away.

CORNBREAD
CASSEROLE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Cornbread Casserole. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make.
This Cornbread Casserole is an easy and nourishing microwave
recipe to make. The taste is sensational and you can eat it
cold or hot.
Cornbread Casserole Ingredients
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 eggs lightly beaten
8 oz cornbread stuffing mix
11/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables slightly thawed

Casserole Method
In a microwavable baking dish
12 x 8 x 2 inch mix together the stuffing, vegetables and
ham. In a bowl mix together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper
pour this over the cornbread mixture and cover with plastic
wrap. Put in the refrigerator and leave for at least 5 hours
or overnight. Next remove the plastic wrap and cover with
waxed paper and microwave for 6 minutes rotate 1/4 turn. Continue
microwaving for another 7 to 9 minutes or until a knife inserted
in middle comes out clean. Sprinkle the Cornbread Casserole
with the cheese.
