CHOC ORANGE MOUSSE RECIPE

Choc Orange Mousse.

This recipe will teach you how to make Choc Orange Mousse. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a terrific dessert to make with the flavours of orange, chocolate and cream. All my grandchildren and children like the Choc Orange Mousse and they like the way I make it in special crystal glasses when it is a special occasion.

Choc Orange Mousse Ingredients

3 Tbs sugar
4 eggs separated
1 1/2 cups cream
3 Tbs sugar, extra
200g dark chocolate broken up
3 Tbs orange juice concentrate

Choc Orange Mousse Method

Beat egg yolks, sugar and orange juice in a small bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Melt the chocolate with the cream over a double saucepan of simmering water and stir constantly until chocolate has melted and combined well with cream. Beat mixture into egg sugar mixture and mix well. Beat the egg white and sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites half a cup at a time and stir until just combined. Pour mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Decorate the Choc Orange Mousse with a dollop of cream.

COFFEE CHEESECAKE RECIPE

Coffee Cheesecake.

This recipe will teach you how to make Coffee Cheesecake. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. Coffee Cheesecake is an absolutely sensational dessert.The coffee in this recipe makes the taste exceptional.

Coffee Cheesecake Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs cocoa
3 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs cornstarch

1/2 cup skim milk

8 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz neufchatel cheese

1/3 cup all purpose flour

vegetable cooking spray

2 Tbs stick margarine melted
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 1/2 Tbs instant coffee granules

Coffee Cheesecake Method

Coat a 9 inch springform pan with cooking spray. Combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons melted margarine and cocoa and stir well. Firmly press crumb mixture into bottom and 2 inches up sides of pan then set aside. Combine 2/3 cup sugar, flour, cornstarch, vanilla extract, neufchatel cheese, cream cheese and 2 eggs in a large bowl then beat at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Combine milk and coffee granules and stir well. Add milk mixture and sour cream to cheese mixture then beat until smooth. Beat egg whites at room temperature at high speed of a mixer until soft peaks form then gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg white mixture into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake the Coffee Cheesecake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until almost set. Turn oven off and loosen cake from sides of pan using a narrow metal spatula or knife. Let Coffee Cheesecake stand in oven with door slightly opened for 1 hour. Remove from oven, cover and chill 8 hours.
