BEEF CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe

of the beef, chili beans, tomato soup, onions, olives, chili

Chili
Beef Casserole Ingredients
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups corn chips
1/2 tsp chili powder
6 green onions chopped
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
16 oz can hot chili beans
10 3/4 oz can tomato soup undiluted
2.25 oz can sliced ripe olives drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Chili
Beef Casserole Method
In a large skillet add the ground
beef and cook stirring until it crumbles and is no longer
pink then add chili beans, tomato soup, chili powder, salt
and pepper. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally for
10 minutes. Place corn chips in a lightly greased 11 x 7 inch
baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over chips and sprinkle with
6 tablespoons of the green onions, olives and cheese. Bake
the Chili Beef Casserole uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining green
onions.
