CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Chicken Vegetable Soup. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
Chicken Vegetable Soup has a wonderful blend of vegetables
and chicken in it. Highly nutritious soup and very low in
calories. May be refrigerated for a week. My mother use to
always feed us Chicken Vegetable Soup if we had a cold or
flu and now I do the same thing with my children and grandchildren.
Chicken
Vegetable Soup Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
2 stalks celery
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 spanish onion
3 qts spring water
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
2 cups fresh string beans
2 cups zucchini thick slices
2 potatoes skinned and diced
1/2 whole chicken skinned and defatted
Chicken
Vegetable Soup Method
Cut up chicken and remove skin
and visible fat. Simmer chicken, onion, celery and garlic
for 45 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots then simmer for an
additional 15 minutes. Add the string beans, zucchini and
cilantro and cook the Chicken Vegetable Soup until the string
beans are tender.

CORN
SOUP RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Corn Soup. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
Corn Soup has a wonderful blend of vegetables and corn in
it. Highly nutritious soup . All my children and grandchildren
really like the Corn Soup and I serve it with hot crusty dinner
rolls with butter.
Corn Soup Ingredients
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup diced potato
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup fresh raw corn off cob
Corn Soup
Method
Simmer water, onions, celery,
potato and parsley until tender. Add corn and simmer for 5
minutes. Add milk and simmer just below boiling point and
then add seasoning to the Corn Soup. This
Corn Soup is great served with hot crusty dinner rolls.
