TENDERLOINS WITH TARRAGON DRESSING RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Chicken Tenderloins with Tarragon
Dressing. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a
very nourishing meal with heaps of flavour. The barbecued
chicken with potatoes, tomato and onion slices plus the tarragon
dressing is one of my families favourite ways of doing chicken.
Even my young grandsons love the Chicken Tenderloins with
Tarragon Dressing.
Chicken
Tenderloins with Tarragon Dressing Ingredients
4 potatoes
1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs water
1 Tbs olive oil
8 chicken tenderloins
4 tomatoes sliced thinly
1 red onion sliced thinly
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 green onions sliced thinly
1 Tbs cracked black pepper
1 Tbs chopped fresh tarragon
2 tsp drained green peppercorns crushed
Chicken
Tenderloins with Tarragon Dressing Method
Combine the water, peppercorns,
mustard, green onion, tarragon, oil, sugar and vinegar in
a small bowl then whisk to combine the dressing and reserve.
Steam the potato until just tender then drain. Meanwhile coat
the chicken all over in pepper and cook it in batches on a
heated oiled barbecue until browned and cooked through then
let stand for 5 minutes and slice it thickly. when potatoes
are cool enough to handle slice thickly. Cook potatoes on
the same heated oiled barbecue until browned on both sides.
Arrange the chicken, potato, tomato and onions slices on serving
plates and drizzle with reserved dressing.
