1/4 cup water
1 cup carrots shredded
1 cup zucchini shredded
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 envelope chicken flavored bouillon
2 small skinless boneless chicken breasts

In medium bowl combine carrots,
zucchini, salt and poultry seasoning and then spoon about
1/2 cup of mixture into each pocket and secure with toothpicks.
Place chicken in a medium size skillet and sprinkle with bouillon.
Add water to skillet and cook over medium high heat and then
heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer about
40 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and remove toothpicks.

served with steamed potatoes and pumpkin.

fructose then beat in egg, water and vanilla. Combine flour,
baking soda and salt in sifter then sift them into the creamed
mixture stirring to blend thoroughly and then stir in chocolate
chips. Drop by teaspoonsful onto lightly greased cookie sheet
about 2 inches apart. Bake the Chocolate Chip Cookies at 375
degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
