CHICKEN
AND SHRIMP RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Chicken And Shrimp. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
This is a wonderful appetizer recipe to make and I'm sure
your family and friends will really enjoy it. Cut the Chicken
And Shrimp into bite size pieces and put a tooth pick in a
piece of chicken with a piece of shrimp on top of each serve.
Chicken
And Shrimp Ingredients
2 Tbs oil
wondra flour
salt and pepper
2 Tbs margarine
2 chicken breasts
1 Tbs dijon mustard
2 slices swiss cheese
1 Tbs hollandaise sauce
8 shrimp cleaned, shelled
1 Tbs ranch style dressing
Chicken
And Shrimp Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Moisten cleaned chicken breasts and lightly salt and pepper
then lightly flour both sides. Heat a very small amount of
oil in a fry pan until hot and swirl oil to coat pan and brown
chicken breasts for exactly 45 seconds per side then set aside.
Mix together the mustard, dressing and hollandaise sauce.
Place oil and margarine in pan and heat until margarine is
melted in oven while it is preheating. Place chicken breasts
in pan and top with sauce mixture and cook exactly 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and place shrimp on top. Continue cooking
for exactly 5 minutes. Top with swiss cheese and cook exactly
2 1/2 minutes to melt cheese. Cut the Chicken And Shrimp into
bite size pieces with the shrimp on top and put them on a
serving plate with a tooth pick in each piece.
