Almond Mousse Pie Ingredients
chocolate curls
1 cup water cold
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 pk vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup almonds toasted
1 pastry shell 9 inch baked
1 oz chocolate unsweetened
8 oz cream cheese softened
10 oz cherries maraschino, drain
14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Almond Mousse Pie Method
In a saucepan over low heat
cook and stir 1/2 cup milk and chocolate until the chocolate
is melted and mixture is thickened about 4 minutes then stir
in 1/4 teaspoon extract. Pour into pastry shell and set aside.
Reserve eight whole cherries for garnish. Chop the remaining
cherries and set aside. In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese
until light then gradually beat in water and remaining milk.
Add pudding mix and remaining extract and mix well and fold
in whipped cream. Stir in chopped cherries and almonds and
pour over the pie. Chill 4 hours or until set and garnish
the Cherry Almond Mousse Pie with whole cherries and chocolate
curls.

This
recipe will teach you how to make Cherry Cheesecake. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. When
you make this Cherry Cheesecake you will be astounded at the
colour it produces. First the dark crust at the base then
the light cheesecake filling and then the brilliant red cherries
on top. Cherry Cheesecake doesn't only look good but it taste

Cherry Cheesecake Ingredients
For
The Crust:
2 dsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, soft
1 1/4 cups wheat biscuit crumbs
For The Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
2 dsp cornflour
1 lb can cherries
1/4 tsp lemon rind grated
For The Filling:
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
2 dsp plain flour
3 eggs separated
1 lb cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 tsp lemon rind grated

Cheesecake Method
Combine the ingredients for
the crust and press into the bottom and sides of a well greased
10 inch spring form pan and chill. Soften cream cheese at
room temperature and stir in the cream. Add the sugar, flour
and salt. Beat the egg yolks until light and creamy and fold
into the cream mixture carefully. Flavour with the vanilla
and lemon rind. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form
then fold them into the cream mixture. Pour into the chilled
crust. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour then leave in the oven for
another hour with the heat off and cool thoroughly. For the
topping drain the cherries, reserving the syrup. Mix the cornflour
with the syrup and add the sugar and the lemon rind and cook
stirring well until the mixture boils and thickens then cool
and add the cherries. Pour the cooled cherry topping over
the cooled Cherry Cheesecake. Chill thoroughly before serving.
