CASHEW CHILI RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Cashew Chili. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
Cashew Chili you don't think that sounds very interesting
well let me tell you just add all the ingredients together
and you have a taste that will quench your taste buds.
Cashew
Chili Ingredients
bay leaf
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
black pepper
1/2 cup wine
2 bell peppers
handful raisins
3 cloves garlic
2 stalks celery
1 cup cashews
4 medium onions
2 cans tomatoes
1 Tbs chili powder
2 Tbs cider vinegar
3 cups kidney beans
1 tsp each basil and oregano

Chili Method
Saute onions, bell peppers,
celery and garlic. Add spices fry with onion mix stirring
constantly then add tomatoes, pepper, bay leaf, cashews, salt,
raisins and wine. Add beans to the Cashew Chili simmer covered
for 30 minutes. Add water to the Cashew Chili if necessary.
Add vinegar when Cashew Chili is almost ready. Serve the Cashew
Chili with soft noodles.

FRITTERS RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Corn Fritters. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
Corn Fritters are a wonderful quick meal to have for the children
on a weekend, they are nourishing and the children will love
them.
Corn Fritters Ingredients
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup flour
3 Tbs vegetable oil
3 egg yolks beaten
1/8 tsp black pepper
3 egg whites beaten stiff
1 2/3 cups whole kernel corn
Corn Fritters
Method
Beat egg yolks until light
then add corn, salt, flour, pepper and sugar mixing well.
Then fold in beaten egg whites. Drop the Corn Fritters by
spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until done.
