CARROTS BUTTERED RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Baby Carrots Buttered. It is a

so I decided to make them special and my children like the
way I am making my carrots now especially the Baby Carrots
Buttered. I try to make most of my vegetables interesting
now so the children are not getting the same thing all the
time. There are so many different ways to do the vegetables
so your children will eat them.
Baby Carrots
Buttered Ingredients
1 tsp salt
boiling water
1/4 tsp pepper
parsley to garnish
1 bunch baby carrots
2 Tbs chopped shallot
2 Tbs chopped parsley
2 Tbs butter for sauce
1 tsp butter for carrots

Buttered Method
Make sure to wash and scrape
the carrots then place them in a saucepan with the teaspoon
butter and enough boiling water to just cover them. Cook until
tender then drain well. In a saucepan melt the 2 tablespoons
of butter for the sauce and add the parsley, shallot, salt
and pepper then add the drained cooked carrots and saute for
about 5 minutes. Serve the Baby Carrots Buttered garnished
with parsley.

IN CREAM RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Carrots in Cream. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. This
is the most sensational way of cooking carrots. My
whole family like there carrots cooked this way as the taste
of the carrots, butter, sugar, cream and parsley gives the
Carrots in Cream there magnificent flavour.
Carrots in Cream Ingredients
1
tsp sugar
2 dsp butter
1/4 cup cream
12 young
carrots
boiling
salted water
chopped parsley to garnish
Carrots
in Cream Method
Trim the tops of the carrots
and scrape the skin off then cook them in boiling salted water
until almost tender and drain well. Cut the carrots in half
lengthwise if they are thick at the top. In a frying pan heat
the butter and saute the carrots gently until they are tender
then season with the sugar and a little more salt if necessary.
Add the cream and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve the
Carrots in Cream sprinkled with chopped parsley.
