CARROT
AND PEANUT SOUP RECIPE
You know peanut butter was
a good invention as when you need the taste of peanuts in
cooking you only have to add the peanut butter. The flavours
of carrots, onion, vegetable stock, peanut butter, garlic,
soy sauce and the other ingredients goes into making this
soup recipe taste exceptional. And you really enjoy the Carrot
And Peanut Soup on a cold wintery night.
Carrot
And Peanut Soup Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 onion chopped
1 cup extra water
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 Tbs peanut butter
1/8 tsp dried oregano
3 cups of vegetable stock
chopped parsley to garnish
6 carrots peeled and sliced
Carrot
And Peanut Soup Method
In large saucepan place vegetable
stock, peanut butter and garlic then stir while heating to
combine. Add nutmeg, oregano, soy sauce, carrots and onion.
Cook until onions are tender then cool slightly and then blend
adding 1 cup milk and 1 cup water. Reheat making sure not
to boil. Serve the Carrot And Peanut Soup with parsley to
garnish and a warm crusty bread roll.
