HOBO PIE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Campers Hobo Pie. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. You
can cook the Campers Hobo Pie two ways in a cast iron maker
or in alfoil on the coals. It is great tasting either way.
The Campers Hobo Pie just goes to show you can cook anything

Hobo Pie Ingredients
Butter
4 carrots sliced
1 lb ground beef
2 potatoes cubed
1 medium onion sliced in 1/4" pieces

Hobo Pie Method
Form hamburger patties out
of the ground beef and put carrots, sliced potatoes and sliced
onions on top of a patty and place on a sheet of aluminum
foil. Brush the Campers Hobo Pie with butter and sprinkle
with salt and pepper do this with each patty. Fold foil over
Campers Hobo Pie and place on charcoal or open fire. Cook
Campers Hobo Pie for an hour turning every 15 minutes. Campers
Hobo Pie can also be cooked in a cast iron hobo maker.
