BRANDY
BUTTER ICE CREAM RECIPE
Brandy Butter Ice Cream is
a wonderful tasting ice cream recipe. The brandy and butter
mixed with the sugar, cream, milk and vanilla gives this ice
cream recipe an exquisit flavour. Really nice served with
brandy snap biscuits. You can just about make any flavoured
ice cream but this one is my families favourite.
Brandy
Butter Ice Cream Ingredients
1/4 pint milk
5 Tbs brandy
1Tbs vanilla extract
1/2 pint whipping cream
5 oz confectioners sugar
3 oz unsalted butter softened

Butter Ice Cream Method
Into a
bowl pour the cream and milk and beat together until softly
stiff and then stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, brandy
and butter until smooth. Pour into a freezer container and
freeze until solid. Serve the Brandy Butter Ice Cream with
brandy snap biscuits. If it is to firm for you take it out
of freezer for a few minutes before serving.
