BRANDIED
CHICKEN BREAST RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Brandied Chicken Breast. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. My
grandsons like it when I cook the Brandied Chicken Breast
especially when they see me flame it. The Brandied Chicken
Breast is wonderful served with vegetables.
Brandied
Chicken Breast Ingredients
1/2 tsp
salt
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
ground pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup apricot brandy
1/4 tsp tarragon leaves
4 boned and skinned chicken breast
Brandied
Chicken Breast Method
In a bag mix flour, salt, pepper,
tarragon, and then put the chicken in it and cover it all
over with the flour mixture. In a frying pan melt the butter
then fry chicken until browned. Add brandy and light it with
a match to flame it. Add broth and simmer covered for 10 minutes
or until done. Add sour cream then make sure its warm and
then serve the Brandied Chicken Breasts. This recipe is good
served with steamed vegetables.
