WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE RECIPE
Beef With Mushroom Sauce is
an absolutely great way to do beef. The taste of the beef
with mushrooms, garlic, wine and herbs are just some of the
ingredients that makes this recipe taste so sensational. My
family really enjoy this beef recipe with vegetables or rice.
Beef With
Mushroom Sauce Ingredients
bay leaves
1/4 lb butter
salt to taste
1/4 cup red wine
2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbs tomato paste
1 cup tomato puree
11/2 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup chopped scallions
1/2 tsp thyme, crumbled
1 lb mushrooms cleaned and halved
2 lbs cooked beef in bite size pieces
Beef With
Mushroom Sauce Method
In a large frying pan melt
the butter and add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
Next add red wine, salt to taste, bay leaves, garlic, tomato
paste, tomato puree, beef broth, pepper, scallions and thyme
and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Stir in the beef and
cook until the beef is hot all the way through. Serve the
