STEW CASSEROLE RECIPE
Beef Stew Casserole is a wonderful
recipe to have in the winter months to warm you up. The flavours
of the beef, onions, potato, carrots and celery cooked in
cream of mushroom soup and burgundy wine is absolutely sensational.
This recipe is so easy to make so why don't you give it a

Beef Stew
Casserole Ingredients
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
1 cup burgundy wine
1 cup chopped celery
2 onions coarsely chopped
1 dried bay leaf crumbled fine
6 potatoes peeled and cubed
2 lb beef cut into bite size cubes
1 1/2 cups thickly sliced carrots
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Beef Stew
Casserole Method
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Combine the beef, carrots, onions, potatoes, celery, salt
and pepper in a 4 quart oven safe casserole dish. Stir together
the mushroom soup, wine, water and bay leaf. Pour over beef
and vegetable mixture. Cover tightly and bake the Beef Stew
Casserole for 5 hours. Great served with hot crusty bread
roll.
