BAKED
POTATO SLICES RECIPE
Anyone who likes potato will
really enjoy Baked Potato Slices and I'm sure that most people
eat potatoes. My husband always likes potato with his dinner
at night and I have found that he really enjoys the Baked
Potato Slices. I usually make a bigger lot of the Baked Potato
Slices and then I freeze some of it for another day. There
is not a day pass that we don't have potatoes prepared some
how.
Baked
Potato Slices Ingredients
1 tsp salt
3 Tbs melted butter
4 medium even potatoes
3 Tbs chopped fresh herbs
4 Tbs grated cheddar cheese
11/2 Tbs parmesan cheese

Potato Slices Method
Buy clean
potatoes and scrub and rinse them. Take the potatoes and cut
the potatoes so they do not cut through to the other side
so you can open them like a fan. Place the potatoes into a
baking dish so they are open out like a fan and sprinkle them
with salt and drizzle them with the butter and then spread
the herbs over them. Set the oven to 425 degrees and put the
potatoes in and bake them for 55 minutes. Take the Baked Potato
Slices out of the oven and sprinkle the cheeses over the top
and then return them to the oven and bake a further 15 minutes
or until brown and the cheeses have melted and the potatoes
are soft inside. Great served with green beans and sliced
carrots.
