CHICKEN WITH APPLES RECIPE
Baked Chicken with Apples is
quite a different way to cook chicken. My children didn't
like the thought of chicken with apples they were so used
to there roast chicken. I knew they would like the Baked Chicken
with Apples if I cooked it and they tried it and guess what
I was right, they now ask me when I am going to cook the Baked
Chicken with Apples again.

Chicken With Apples Ingredients
3 lb chicken
cut up
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup apple juice
2 cup sliced fresh green beans
1 cup diced peeled apples
1 Tbs flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Chicken With Apples Method
Take the
chicken and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Place
the chicken on a rack in a shallow open roasting pan and then
bake it in a hot oven 450 degrees until browned, about 20
minutes. Remove chicken and rack and pour off any fat from
pan. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and return the
chicken to the pan. Dissolve the bouillon in boiling water
and then pour it over the chicken along with apple juice.
Next thing to do is stir in the green beans.
Cover and bake 25 minutes and then stir in the apple. Cover
and bake 10 minutes longer. Meanwhile in a small saucepan
mix flour with cinnamon and blend it with 1 tablespoon of
cold water. Stir in hot pan liquid. Cook and stir Baked Chicken
with Apples until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Serve
the Baked Chicken with Apples with boiled potatoes.
