8 slices bacon
1 tsp dried basil
1 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 oz shredded swiss cheese
16 oz can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough

First thing
to do is to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a mini muffin
pan and lightly grease it with cooking spray. Heat a skillet
over medium heat and cook the bacon until brown and then drain
it on paper towels. In a medium mixing bowl crumble the bacon
and mix in the tomato, onion, swiss cheese, mayonnaise and
basil. Separate the biscuits into halves horizontally and
put each half into the cups of the mini muffin pans and fill
each biscuit half with the bacon mixture. Bake the Bacon And
Tomato Cups in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until
golden. Arrange on a serving platter and your family and friends
will really enjoy them.
