BABY
PORCUPINE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Baby Porcupine. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. The
Baby Porcupine recipe is one of my favourites as they are
so easy to cook. The first time I ever made Baby Porcupine
was way back when I was doing cooking at school and now my
daughters are making Baby Porcupine for my grand children.
My grandson who is only 10 also loves making this recipe and
he makes mash potato and peas to go with it.
Baby Porcupine
Ingredients
1/2 cup rice
4 cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 Tbs minced onions
2 cups tomato juice
2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs green bell peppers finely chopped
Baby Porcupine
Method
Start by
mixing the rice, ground meat, onion, green pepper, salt, celery
salt and garlic together well and form them into balls about
11/2 inches in diameter. In a skillet heat the tomato juice,
cloves, oregano and worcestershire sauce and then add the
meatballs. Cover tightly and simmer for 50 minutes. Remove
cloves from the Baby Porcupine before serving. Put a tooth
pick in each Baby Porcupine and serve as an appetizer to your
visitors.
