STYLE SPICY MINCE IN LETTUCE CUPS RECIPE
The Asian Style Spicy Mince

and everyone will enjoy them. You can serve the Asian Style

Style Spicy Mince In Lettuce Cups Ingredients
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbs peanut butter
500g mince meat
1 clove garlic
1 lime ,juiced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
4 medium tomatoes diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp tabasco sauce
2 cups bean shoots
3/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
1 large lettuce, halved, outer leaves removed
225g can sliced bamboo shoots drained

Style Spicy Mince In Lettuce Cups Method
Heat oil in large wok and add
garlic and ginger and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the meat
and cook over high heat for 5 minutes or until browned. Add
next the bamboo shoots, tomatoes, lime juice and tabasco sauce
and combine well and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Add bean shoots, coriander and seasoning and stir fry a further
5 minutes or until excess fluid has been cooked off. Put the
meat mixture into the lettuce cups. Serve the Asian Style
Spicy Mince in Lettuce Cups with rice.
